Mandy Baird has many skills in her role as Sales Co-ordinator. Since becoming a qualified Agents Representative she has developed quickly into the position assisting office administration, Sales & Property Management, and as a result she achieves a high level of customer service delivery. Currently Mandy has the important role of Sales Co-ordinator being responsible for the clerical functions of the Sales Team. Mandy has a maturity and patience for this position that is often thankless, demands a lot, and requires skill in meeting critical deadlines. In this role she is often the interface between Vendors, Purchasers, Solicitors and our office that ensure the prospecting, listing, marketing, sales and settlement processes are conducted professionally & smoothly. She has worked for our company for over 20 years having previously worked for 15 years in the banking industry. This vast experience has ensured she is capable, diligent and a fantastic admin support to the Sales Team ensuring a professional service. Mandy has lived in Ararat all her life so has many contacts in the local Community and is involved in the Lions Club, Musical Comedy, the local Hospital and Football Club with her family. Mandy loves to travel regularly and enjoys relaxing with her family and her two grandchildren.
