Customer Care Manager
Leanne Clark has been appointed to the new position of Customer Care Manager. Through the development and implementation of our Ray White Customer Care Program, Leanne will be communicating with all our valued customers supporting the Director, Admin, Sales & Property Management Teams to develop strong customer relations ensuring a culture of professionalism, ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Leanne has previously worked in local government and health as a Personal Assistant, Receptionist, typist, typesetter and other roles which have enabled her to develop many communication, interpersonal and administrative skills. Being married to Director Phil, Leanne is now proud to be helping in the family business in a very positive way. Her engaging smile and personality will be great for the business and developing customer relations. She was born and raised in Ararat so has strong community links and has always been active, particularly raising her family getting involved in many community organisations. In her spare time she enjoys dancing, travelling, reading and the family dogs Milo and Coco.
