Fiona McDonald

Fiona McDonald is adequately skilled and experience to take on the position of the Commercial Property Manager as she is result orientated, highly organised and a client focussed, driven professional with over 25 years experience in retail leasing, franchising, HR & administration. She has over 10 years experience at Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses Pty Ltd, responsible for administration, HR and more recently, network development for all company commercial leases. Her recent role was to manage the 77 leases of the Victorian property portfolio so she definitely has the skill & experience to easily manage the properties in our commercial property portfolio. Fiona made an easy transition into our business with her strong negotiating, budget forecasting, market research & analysis, strategic planning, teamwork, leadership and effective communication. Her maturity and sense of corporate responsibility ensured she has fit in well with our team culture and core business values. Fiona and her husband have spent the last 20 years living & working in Melbourne and returned to Ararat where they were born, grew up and went to school at Marian College so the return brought them back to be closer to their tight knit family. She has enjoyed returning home and being part of the Ararat community once again as she has many friends and contacts. Fiona’s interests outside work are cooking, travelling, reading and spending time with family.
