Annalee Waites is mature beyond her years and has experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Administration, Finance and Banking which provides her with a wealth of developed skills to easily transition into the role of Property Manager’s Assistant responsible for Rental Property Leasing. Annalee has developed excellent interpersonal skills whereby she actively listens, instantly builds rapport, establishes positive & confidential relationships and easily finds solutions to solve customer problems. In addition she is highly motivated, loves teamwork, is well organised, manages her time efficiently and has excellent computer & technology skills that assist her work effectively in a modern age. Having worked for over 3 years in a bank has given her a great understanding of interpreting legislation and following regulatory compliance. All of these attributes have enabled Annalee to learn her role quickly, adapt well and have the confidence to take charge, not sit back and work well in our very busy rental department handling work under pressure, with empathy, understanding as well as a high level of respect & confidentiality. Annalee is a proud local home owner. She grew up on the family farm just outside Ararat, went to school locally and is involved in local sport and community groups.
